Yan ang PINAY!

A logo I designed for the Yan ang Pinay campaign, a Google bombing campaign I participated in many, many years ago to help improve the online image of the Filipina women.

Back in those days, when you typed "Pinay" or "Filipina" on any search engine and most of the results (if not all) had to do with mail order brides, prostitution, and other similar topics.

The campaign aimed to balance out these results by highlighting the other things a Filipina woman was (such as a mother, lawyer, doctor, etc.).

I'd like to think it helped a little but you got to keep at it with things like this.
